I am Anđela Jerinić, a mother of two boys and a certified baby and child sleep consultant.

For the past four years, through BabySleepTeam individualized sleep programs, I have been working with pregnant women, postpartum mothers, and mothers of babies and children up to the age of 7. I help them establish healthy day and night sleep through a personalized approach and gradual adjustments, addressing issues such as frequent awakenings, light sleep, difficult settling, and overtiredness.

The instructor demonstrates the massage techniques on a doll, while parents practice by massaging their own baby.
